We had an issue with a breaker tripping. It was a very interesting issue. The breaker would trip when nothing was plugged in. Carson from Real Electric was excellent in trying to determine the issue. He replaced the breaker with the same type and the outlets started working. The Cost for this repair was excellent. Cost of the new breaker and the home visit fee. However, the next day, the breaker tripped again. Carson was very prompt in coming back and recommending that we change the breaker and outlet type. He completed this repair and did not charge us for the parts or the labor. He informed us that he takes pride in his work and the repair should have been resolved in the initial visit. I highly recommend Carson for his professional work and costs. Bill W

Real Electric was great to work with in every aspect! Carson reached out very quickly after I submitted a request for information on the website and then scheduled an appointment for that week. Carson and another gentleman came to the appointment on time, communicated ahead of time and were very patient and kind regarding the many questions I asked. Carson and company came back a few weeks later for more work that we’d talked about (replacing outlets and breakers) and once again he called ahead of time, arrived on schedule and was willing to take on more than we first talked about. Thank you so much for the great experience, great work and very fair prices!

They were able to fit me in before my upcoming party by coming out at 7:30 AM which was greatly appreciated! Carson was very professional and found and fixed my problem right away. Would definitely use again!

Carson is the complete opposite of a traditional home services contractor. He is quick to respond, friendly, and honest. He quoted me a price for a job and it ended up taking less time than he originally thought, so he requoted me and saved me a couple bucks. He has done a few jobs for me and has always shown up on time and with a professional demeanor. We will continue to use him for any further electrical projects!

I had Real Electric come over to install an EV charger in my garage and Carson couldn't have been easier to work with. The quote/price was very competitive, they were respectful of my home while working, and everything went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I need work done in the future.

I had a great experience with Carson and Real Electric. I need a ceiling fan installed in an area where there was no existing light or fan. Carson arrived on time for the appointment to get an estimate, and then was on time again the day of install!! From the date of the estimate(Monday) to install(Thursday), I was more than happy he could get it done so quick. He cleaned up after himself and remarkably no visible holes were left! His price was fair and could not be any happier! You will not be disappointed in his work!!! Highly Highly recommend ++++!!!! Thx again

Carson is awesome. Can’t recommend enough! We hired Real Electric to run a new line to our lamppost, add 2 exterior outlets and 1 interior outlet to our home. Responsive: From scheduling appointments to answering one-off questions, Carson was excellent to communicate with every step of the way. Often responding in under 24 hours. Professional: Carson is very transparent and organized with fair pricing, clear estimates, and time required for the job. He provided detailed yet easy to understand paperwork so that you know exactly what’s going on in your home. Efficient: Knowing the scope of the work we were hiding him for, Carson made sure to accommodate all asks so as not to have to charge for a second site visit. We appreciated the consideration as it helped to cut that cost but also completed all work at once. Attentive: All areas were just as clean (if not more so) after Carson completed the work. To run the new line for the lamppost, a trench had to be dug from our house through an existing flowerbed. Carson even took the time to carefully replant the bulbs, flowers, and sod after he completed to work so as to get it as close to original as possible. Can’t recommend highly enough. We will definitely be calling Real Electric for all future electrician needs.
